Hotel nice. Slot machines take way to much money with out paying. Bonus rounds are a big disappointment. Seems casino takes in lots of money but pays few tax tickets. You just never see anyone winning. By my calculations you have to visit and spend money on 20 trips before you win anything. So it is virtually impossible to get ahead on money. So if you go there keep in mind you are there to spend money and entertain yourself.
Had a great time here with a large group of friends. Everyone there was very helpful and nice. Dealers were absolutely awesome especially Trisha and Amanda! And as for food I actually only ate breakfast while I was here but that was delicious.
We stay here 4 to10 times a year. For the money and quality, the best hotel I've ever been in. Clean, comfortable, friendly staff, helpful, great breakfast buffet with eggs to order from 6-10 every morning. Just an ideal place for us to stay. Half way point when we travel home. Just love it here!!
This is by far one of my favorite casinos to visit whenever I am anywhere near Charleston, WV. The machines are usually VERY generous to me! Staff is always polite. Next time through I plan on making time to visit the eateries within. I'm not really into it, but they have a good variety of table games, as well as greyhound races. Love this place!
Service was good. Join the players club. You'll get up to $20 credit. Staff were friendly and helpful. First time being there and I'd go again. I'm not real big on going to these types of places, but I'd go again given the chance.
