Very disappointed. Bought a kitchen disposal and paid for installation. Said we would here from installers within 2 days 5 days later after 2 followups no call. Poor customer service.
However, when the boy did finally arrive he was kind and helpful.

I need a part to fix my toilet. I was in and out in a no time using the self checkout. Well laid out and clean store, a lot different the last time I was there.

Disappointed in my trip to Lowes this evening. Not a busy night, with plenty of employees standing around. I waited to 20 minutes to get help with a Christmas tree. Each time I would walk up to the outside register, the employee seemed to not have any idea why I would be back, like he hadnt just seen me 5 minutes prior, but more importantly annoyed because I interrupted his game he was playing on his cell phone. I finally went to the service desk to ask for help, where the gentlemen was rude.
