B+B had the battery for my 6 year old laptop in stock and the staff were very helpful. I was surprised to see the number of items in store that I use on a regular basis, so I will definitely be back.

I ordered a car battery online and rushed over to pick it up. I made it to the store just before closing. When I said I had ordered a battery online i was told that the battery was not in stock and they had tried to call the manager for guidance. They could not get through to the manager and I was told it would be a week and a half before the battery arriveed. I told them this was to long but was not given any options. I decided to cancel the order. The saleman told me with the cancellation i would not me charged. A half an hour after the store closed I was notified that I was charged for the battery.
Got a Duracell Car Battery to replace old one killed by the summer heat. Great price/product/Service! I'll shop them again in 5 or more years when this one needs to be replaced
