Rude.
Rented a washer and dryer here & a day after they deliver it the dryer stops working & the handle breaks off. Call to get a replacement & was told "oh you got the dryer with the broken handle?" Which means they knew about it & still rented it to me. They deliver a replacement & it works fine for about 2 days then stops working. Been a week and a half & at this point we've had 2 broken dryers. Call to get another replacement & speak to David which I'm assuming is a manager who was nothing but rude asking me "well ma'am what do you want me to do?" Needless to say didn't bother them replacing it again & just had them come get them both. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
