Rooms were clean. Lobby was nice staff curteous. Even had managers night with drinks and food.
This is my second time staying here, and I've been equally impressed on both occasions. The hotel looks and feels clean and new. The front desk staff are friendly and accommodating (including helping with a few specific requests from traveling with two small children). The rooms are furnished well, breakfast is sufficient, and the price is reasonable. The pool was an enjoyable temperature (cool, but not freezing like many other hotel pools). I wish that every hotel I stayed in was as enjoyable as this one.
Attitude from front desk..... Heaterin pool broken, no urgency to fix, happy hour was given out from the desk... Difficulty in getting service. To cap it off. Prepaid the room, but they put a 50$ hold on my card. This is excessive for a prepaid room In a hotel with. No services like room service. This compromised my ability to pay for things like gas.. Go. Someplace else!!!
Everything you'd expect at a no frills hotel. Not quite as bad as motels, but not the Hilton. Clean enough, and the people aren't rude.
When I went into my room it was 57°F. The was not turned on so it was obvious this room hadn't been used for quite some time. The bed was creaky and pretty stiff. It wasn't the worst hotel I've stayed in but also wasn't the best.
